Donation Cancellation Policy

• Non-Cancellable Donations: Donations made to The Children’s Home: Saikot are considered final. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled. We encourage all donors to carefully review their donation details before completing the transaction.
• Special Circumstances: If a donation was made in error or you experience extenuating circumstances, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction. While cancellations are generally not permitted, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if any action can be taken.

Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Donations: Due to the immediate allocation of funds to our ongoing programs and initiatives, donations to The Children’s Home: Saikot are non-refundable. Once received, donations are put to work promptly in supporting our charitable activities, making it impossible to refund contributions.
• Exceptions: In rare cases where a donation error occurs, such as duplicate transactions or significant clerical errors, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours. We will review the situation and may issue a refund if deemed appropriate.
