Chairman: The Chairman of the Society shall preside and conduct and regulate all meetings of the General Body Meetings, Managing Board of which he/she is a member and he/she ruling on any point of order and decision as to the result of the voting shall be final and conclusive. In the case of tie, she/he shall have casting vote and in her/his absence, the members present shall elect acting chairman for the meeting who shall have such power.

Manager: The Manager, reporting to the Managing Board, serves as the Chief Executive Officer, responsible for executing the Society's objectives and implementing Board decisions. In this capacity, the Manager oversees the Society's work and programs, makes temporary staff appointments, and authorizes wages to achieve the Society's objectives, subject to Managing Board approval. Additionally, the Manager of the Children's Home manages its affairs and convenes Board meetings as needed, under the guidance of the Managing Board. The Secretary supports the Manager by ensuring accurate meeting minutes and implementing meeting resolutions. All correspondence is handled by and in the name of the Manager, who also acts as a steward, ensuring the proper use of the Society's assets, subscriptions, and investments.
